Rassell 100 SC

Description

Mode of Action: Florasulam, the active ingredient in Rassell 100 SC, belongs to the triazolopyrimidine group and works by inhibiting the acetolactate synthase (ALS) enzyme, which is essential for the synthesis of branched-chain amino acids. The product is absorbed through the leaves of weeds and rapidly translocated throughout the plant, stopping protein synthesis and causing growth inhibition.

Under optimal conditions (warm and humid weather), total weed destruction occurs within 7-10 days, while at lower temperatures (around 4°C), it may take up to 3 weeks. The product is most effective when weeds are in the 2-6 leaf stage.

Usage Instructions: Rassell 100 SC should be applied post-emergence, depending on the target crop:

    • Dosage: 50 mL/ha
