Ingredients & Formulation:

• Active Ingredient: Racer 250 EC contains 250 g/L of the active component (please refer to the label for exact details, such as the chemical group, e.g., phenoxyacetone derivatives).
• Formulation: Suspension Concentrate (EC).
• Packaging: Available in 1 L and 5 L containers.

Mode of Action:

• The product is rapidly absorbed through weed foliage and is translocated systemically via the xylem and phloem.
• It works by inhibiting essential metabolic processes (e.g., amino acid synthesis), leading to growth cessation, leaf discoloration, and eventual selective necrosis of the weeds.
• Its selectivity protects corn and cereal crops, which can metabolize the active ingredient without adverse effects.

Directions for Use:

1. Crops:
   • Suitable for corn and cereal crops.
2. Timing:
   • Apply post-emergence when target weeds are in the early growth stage (typically 2–4 leaves) and the crop is at the optimal stage (e.g., 4–6 leaves, BBCH 14–16).
3. Recommended Rate:
   • For moderate infestations, apply approximately 1.0 L/ha; for severe infestations, adjust the rate up to 1.5 L/ha according to technical guidelines.
4. Preparation:
   • Dilute the recommended dose in 200–400 L of water per hectare, following label instructions.
5. Application Method:
   • Uniformly spray the solution over the entire crop area using calibrated ground equipment.
6. Precautions:
   • Apply under favorable weather conditions (temperatures between 8 and 25°C). Avoid application immediately before or after rainfall; ensure no rain for at least 4–5 hours post-application for optimal absorption.
