Pulsar 40

Ingredients & Formulation:

• Active Ingredient: Pulsar 40 contains 40 g/L of its active component (exact chemical details are provided on the label).
• Formulation: Suspension Concentrate (EC).
• Packaging: Available in 1 L and 5 L containers.

Mode of Action:

• The product is rapidly absorbed through weed foliage and translocated systemically via the xylem and phloem.
• It inhibits essential metabolic processes within the weed cells, leading to growth cessation, discoloration, and eventual necrosis.
• Thanks to its selectivity, cereal and corn crops remain unharmed as they metabolize the active ingredient without suffering phytotoxic effects.

Directions for Use:

1. Crops:
   • Suitable for cereal and corn crops.
2. Timing:
   • Apply post-emergence when target weeds are in the early growth stage (typically 2–4 leaves) and when the crop is at the 4–6 leaf stage (BBCH 14–16).
3. Recommended Rate:
   • For moderate infestations: 0.8 L/ha.
   • For severe infestations or perennial weeds: 1.0–1.5 L/ha, depending on the infestation level and weed development stage.
4. Preparation:
   • Dilute the recommended amount in 200–400 L of water per hectare following label instructions.
5. Application Method:
   • Uniformly spray the solution over the entire crop area using calibrated ground equipment.
6. Precautions:
   • Apply under favorable weather conditions (temperatures between 8 and 25°C) and avoid application immediately before or after rainfall; ensure no rain occurs for at least 4–5 hours post-application.
