Malakite

Active Ingredient:
• Contains the main active ingredient (e.g., chlorothalonil 800 g/kg – indicative value)

Mode of Action:

• Contact Action: Malakite works by forming a protective film on the plant surface, preventing the growth and reproduction of fungal pathogens.
• Preventive and Curative: It is applied either before or immediately after the first signs of disease, thereby halting the spread of infection.

Usage Instructions:

1. Solution Preparation:
   • Dilute the recommended amount of Malakite in an appropriate volume of water (e.g., 200–400 L/ha) as per the label instructions.
2. Application:
   • Apply using field sprayers to ensure even coverage of the foliage.
   • Use as a preventive treatment at the first signs of infestation; in high disease pressure, repeat applications every 7–10 days.
3. Precautions:
   • Follow the dosage and pre-harvest interval guidelines on the label.
   • Wear proper personal protective equipment during handling and application.
