Mode of Action:
Lontrel Grand 75 WG is rapidly absorbed through the foliage and translocated both upward and downward into the root system. Its mode of action involves interfering with natural hormone synthesis, which inhibits weed growth and ultimately leads to the selective death of dicotyledonous weeds, including those propagating by rhizomes.

Directions for Use:

1. Timing:
   • Apply post-emergence when target dicotyledonous weeds are in the early stages (e.g., at 2–3 pairs of true leaves) to achieve maximum effectiveness.
2. Application Method:
   • Use ground spraying equipment calibrated to ensure even coverage of the crop.
3. Mixing:
   • Dissolve the granules in water according to technical instructions, typically at a rate of 200–400 L/ha depending on weed density.
4. Additional Recommendations:
   • The product is rainfast from 1 hour after application.
   • In cases of severe infestation, adjust the dosage as per crop-specific recommendations.
5. Compatibility:
   • Lontrel Grand 75 WG can be tank-mixed with other herbicides, fungicides, or insecticides. Always perform a compatibility test prior to application.

Approved Crops:
This herbicide is approved for use on crops such as sugar beet, onion (except green onions), wheat, barley, corn, and canola.
