Henik Extra 040 OD

Active Ingredient and Formulation:

• Active Ingredient: Nicosulfuron 40 g/L​
• Formulation: Oil Dispersion (OD)​

Mode of Action: Henik Extra 040 OD is absorbed primarily through the leaves and rapidly translocated throughout the plant, inhibiting growth and development. Shortly after application, weed growth is inhibited, followed by gradual chlorosis, leading to complete death within 20-25 days. The product is most effective on young, actively growing weeds.​

Usage Recommendations:

• Crop: Corn​
• Dosage: 1 liter/ha​
• Application Timing: From the 2 to 7-leaf stage of corn (BBCH 12-17); dicotyledonous weeds at the 2-4 leaf stage, and monocotyledonous weeds from the 3-leaf stage until the end of tillering.​
• Recommended Water Volume: 200-300 L/ha​

Preparation of Spray Solution: Shake the product well before use. Measure the required amount and pour it into the sprayer tank partially filled with water, with the agitator running. Fill up with water to the necessary volume, ensuring uniform mixing.​

Precautions and Recommendations:

• Application Conditions: Avoid application at temperatures below 10°C or above 25°C, on weakened or wet plants (dew, rain).​
• Environmental Protection: Do not contaminate water bodies with the product or its packaging. Avoid washing equipment near surface waters.​
• Crop Rotation: In case of replanting, after 30 days corn can be cultivated; cereals after 3-9 months (depending on soil type), legumes after 9 months, alfalfa after 12 months.​
